CHANIA OLD HARBOUR
The old Venetian Port was constructed between 1320 and 1356 by the Venetians, in order to protect the city. Starting from Akti Enoseos, you may easily see and admire the lighthouse that is located at the end of the walls. It was originally built in 1570 and reconstructed for the last time in 1830, It is the oldest lighthouse saved, not only in Greece but also in the Mediterranean. Walking away from the sea and towards the interiors of the old port, you will be enchanted by the picturesque narrow streets, the endless shops and the peculiar buildings of the old town, the heritage of all the conquerors of the island. SEITAN LIMANIA
Seitan LImania is a well-hidden beach of the northeast side of Akrotiri peninsula, 20 km from the city of Chania,nestled in a canyon leading out to the sea, inside the narrow slip between two cliffs, it has white sand reaching out into turquoise water that turn to deep blue as it joins the sea.
BALOS ISLAND
Balos is a lagoon located at the cape of Gramvoussa, which is the furthest point of the Southwest Crete. It is considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, with its crystal clear water and the pink color of the sand. You may reach the beach either by boat from Kissamos, or by car through a non-asphalted road.
